1Your data and your consent

Before you apply, please read how we will use your information. Pro Security Group Ltd (Company No. 13115626) is the data controller. We process applicant data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect: the details you enter below, your CV, and, if you progress, SIA licence, right to work and BS 7858 screening information.
Why: to assess your application, meet SIA licensing and vetting obligations, and contact you about roles. Lawful basis: taking steps before entering a contract with you, and our legal obligations.
Who sees it: our recruitment and management team only. Applications and CVs are delivered to us by a form delivery service (FormSubmit), which keeps a copy of the submission for up to 30 days and does not retain uploaded files after delivery.
How long we keep it: if your application is unsuccessful, up to 6 months, then securely deleted. If we employ you, for the duration of your employment plus the period required by law and the SIA.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing info@prosg.co.uk. Full details are in our privacy and data protection notice.
