How we use your information
Pro Security Group Ltd (formerly Saga Security Services Ltd), company number 13115626, Regus Dartford, Admirals Park, Victory Way, Crossways Business Park, Dartford, Kent DA2 6QD, is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Enquiries
When you send a requirement through the contact page or email us, we use the details you give (name, organisation, contact details, site information) to respond, prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, manage the contract. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Job applications
- What we collect: the details on the application form, your CV and, if you progress, SIA licence, right to work and BS 7858 screening information.
- Why: to assess your application, meet SIA licensing and vetting obligations, and contact you about roles.
- Delivery: applications are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit, a form delivery service, which keeps a copy of the submission for up to 30 days and does not retain uploaded files after delivery.
- Retention: unsuccessful applications are kept for up to 6 months, or up to 12 months if you ask us to keep your CV on file, then securely deleted. Employee records are kept for the duration of employment plus the period required by law and the SIA.
Cookies
The site sets only what it needs to work until you choose otherwise. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. Analytics and marketing cookies are not set unless you accept them. You can change your cookie choice at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Information is seen by our management, recruitment and operations staff, and by service providers acting on our instructions (email and website hosting, form delivery). Screening information is shared with screening providers and, where the law requires, with the SIA or other authorities.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, restrict or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@prosg.co.uk or calling 0333 880 8977. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
